Air & Heat Leakage Sealing for Pressure Testing for Energy Efficiency

Industrial, commercial and domestic air/heat leakage sealing services for pressure testing resulting in energy efficiency & CO² emissions compliance. We will seal the entire factory, offices or home in order to pressure test the environment for leakages which cause heat loss and energy wastage resulting in reducing energy requirements and lower CO² emissions.

Why? Well, it's a major part of the Governement's drive on combating global warming. It concerns all buildings, old & new, to satisfy air leakage compliance for Building Regulations Part L1A, Part L2A and L2B.

All buildings are required to achieve a result of less that 10m³/hr/m² of envelope area at an applied pressure of 50Pa.
